YOGA RETREAT AT CASA MISCI IN TOSCANA


Some information

 

1.Casa Misci will be ready for Yoga Retreat from October 2009.

2.Until then, Retreat can be organised by prior arrangement with Amit Ray

 

A.YOGA ACTIVITIES (preferably early mornings; or evenings):
HATHA YOGA – PRANAYAMA (Breathing) – DHARANA (Concentration) – DHYANA (Meditation)

If weather permits, breathing exercises can be held at the beach in the mornings, a 40 min drive through the rolling hills of Tuscany.

B.OTHER ACTIVITIES
40 mins to Pisa, 60 mins to Florence, 60 minutes to San Gimigniano; Volterra......Siena, Lucca,

Thermal Bath with Hydro Massage at Casciana Terme – a 15 min drive
Authentic TUSCAN COOKING LESSONS – to be organised upon request only (lesson fee applicable)
Classical Massage at Casa Misci by masseur, a Swiss diploma holder.
